Not at all. Bookings are entirely optional and switched off by default. Plenty of businesses just want a smart page with their prices, photos and a contact form — that works perfectly well on its own.
If you turn them on, you add bookable appointments, rooms or venues and set your availability. Customers choose a time online, then you both receive confirmation and cancellation emails.
Yes. Register under Charities & not-for-profits or Associations & social groups and your dashboard gains a Membership Management area: a register of your members with their membership numbers and roles, club meetings and attendance, emails to members with Yes / No RSVP buttons, subscriptions and payments, the halls you meet at and a contacts book. It's included on the free plan.
£5 a month or £50 a year (two months free). You can cancel at any time and drop back to the free plan; after the initial grace period, payments aren't refunded.
